ST. AUGUSTINE – The Office of Seventh Circuit State Attorney R.J. Larizza announced today, November 10, 2015, that it will seek the death penalty in the shooting deaths of Amanda Cloaninger Colley and Lindy Morgan Dobbins by James Terry Colley, Jr. on August 27, 2015.
The Defendant is currently set for a pretrial conference on January 7, 2016 at 8:30am in front of the Honorable Judge Michael J. Traynor.
Due to the fact that this case is currently pending, this office will issue no further comment at this time.
