Volusia County Man Convicted of Raping Woman while Taking Pictures on his Phone

DAYTONA BEACH – After a two-day trial this afternoon, a Volusia County jury found defendant Shawn Bradberry guilty as charged of three counts of Sexual Battery on person 18 years or older.

The case was investigated by the Holly Hill Police Department. Assistant State Attorney Sarah Thomas successfully tried the case for the state. The Honorable Leah Case presided over the case and will pronounce sentence at a later date. Bradberry faces up to 45 years in prison for the crimes.
