Palm Coast Man Convicted of Multiple Capital Sex Crimes

BUNNELL – After a four-day trial this afternoon, a Flagler County jury found defendant Monserrate Teron guilty as charged of two counts of Sexual Battery on a Person Less Than 12 Years of Age and Lewd or Lascivious Molestation on a Person Less Than 12 Years of Age.

The case was investigated by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant State Attorney Melissa Clark successfully tried the case for the State. The Honorable Terence Perkins presided over the case and will pronounce sentence at a later date.
