DAYTONA BEACH - Jermaine Green, who was convicted of aggravated battery and kidnapping charges, will spend 12 years in a state prison facility. Green held a Daytona woman at knife-point forcing Daytona Beach Police Officers to shoot Green multiple times. Green apologized to police at a sentencing hearing in front of Circuit Judge Terrence Perkins.
